Truform Women's Sheer Compression Knee-High Stockings
Category: varis socks for women
The Truform 1772 from the Truform Lites series provides mild graduated compression to help energize the legs and reduce discomfort. The 15-20 mmHg moderate compression level is great for leg fatigue and slight ankle, leg, and foot swelling. They provide long-lasting support that appeals to today's active, fashion-conscious woman and serve excellently as both business and casual wear.
Truform stockings, socks, and pantyhose feature Graduated Compression Technology, which delivers a compressive action to the leg that is greatest at the ankle, then gradually decreases toward the heart. This graduated compression provides two primary benefits to the legs: increased pressure on tissues beneath the skin helps reduce and prevent swelling for the wearer, and the compression action helps control the size of the superficial veins that lie just beneath the skin, preventing the slowing of blood flow so it can flow more quickly up the leg back toward the heart.
Five intervals of therapeutic graduated compression, doctor-recommended to help relieve tired, heavy, and aching legs, aids in the treatment of spider veins, varicose veins, and swelling of the leg and feet, ideal when sitting or standing for long periods of time. The combination of state-of-the-art materials and equipment, plus knitting "know-how" sets Truform apart from the crowd to make your legs look and feel great.
Truform takes the extra time and effort necessary to ensure a therapeutically effective, comfortable fit. The Truform 1772 is suitable for use in various situations, such as tired, aching legs, moderate varicose veins, moderate leg, ankle, and foot swelling, and post-surgery. To maintain the product's quality, it is recommended to wash it gently with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm or cold water, and dry it flat away from heat and sunlight.
When applying the Truform 1772, follow these steps: 1) Pull the stocking inside out to the heel, and with thumbs in and fingers out, grasp each side of the heel, gently slide it over the foot until the heel pocket is centered over the heel. 2) Begin turning the stocking right-side-out and continue gradually pulling it up the leg. For pantyhose, pull past the thighs and over the hips, adjusting for comfort. 3) Remove any folds or wrinkles, gently pulling upwards and smoothing over the leg. The fabric should be smooth and uniform, and the top or waistband should not be folded over. 4) To remove the Truform 1772, turn it "inside out," gently pulling it down to the ankle, inserting a finger to gently pull it over the ankle, heel, and off the foot.
The Truform 1772 is made in the USA and is composed of 80% nylon and 20% spandex. It does not contain natural rubber latex and is designed to improve circulation for extended sitting, standing, travel, pregnancy, muscle recovery, and swollen feet. It helps relieve swelling, varicose veins, spider veins, sore, aching, and tired legs, edema, and DVT blood clots.
